Name: Campeona
Date of birth: 12-10-2015
Height: 40 cm
Weight: 11 kg
Gender: Female
Mixed race
She is in the shelter
Campeona has become a long-term resident due to her shyness and her breed. We, Animal Friends Europe, would like to change this situation. Can you imagine giving Campeona a home?
Campeona means champion, a name she rightly has, as she was lucky enough to be rescued from the RESUR killing station by Teresa at the last minute with our help and was thus given a ticket to a new life.
Campeona doesn't feel at home in the shelter and therefore prefers to retreat to her kennel where she can be left alone.
What this poor mouse has had to endure in her life?????
In general, she gets on well with all other dogs.
Campeona has a very good temperament and is very needy of love.
She is a little wary of people, which can be traced back to her past.
Campeona needs very loving people who will take care of her and show this sweet dog that there are more than just bad people.
Podencos are generally very family-friendly and calm dogs.
They have a very gentle nature and are very affectionate.
In Spain Podencos are used for rabbit hunting and if they are not useful they are abandoned, mistreated or even taken to the killing station.
If you would like to give Campeona a safe and beautiful home, with lots of love and security, then please contact her realtor Bettina Thoma.
