Ollie is about a year old, neutered and fully vaccinated. He was house trained from day one and quickly became part of our family. Ollie is cautious but curious at the same time. He lets us touch him and hold him, but he doesn't seem to really like that yet. Instead, he constantly licks our feet and loves to give us "nose kisses". Every day he thaws out more and also seeks physical contact with us.

Ollie is calm in the house and has been left alone without any problems. He loves his toys and bones and is very happy when you throw him a ball. Outside, Ollie is cautious and sometimes even anxious, which means that short walks are enough for him at the moment. Ollie feels safe in the garden and observes the outside world curiously. He is afraid of other dogs - but we could imagine him as a second dog because he would feel safer with a second four-legged friend in the house. In the animal shelter in Portugal, he also had "his buddies", whom he loved more than anything.

Ollie would be a good fit for a family with older children who know how to respect his boundaries, or for loving adults or young retirees. We find Ollie to be super pleasant and easy to care for, which is why he would also be suitable for beginners. Above all, he needs time and love to get used to his people, then you have a loyal companion for life.
