Yako arrived at the cat shelter with his little sister, who was already very lucky and was adopted. The tomcat, on the other hand, was not so lucky and grew up in the shelter completely invisible. Maybe because of his color? Usually people in Spain don't like tabby cats, they think they are too common and not very exotic, but for us each of his stripes makes him a unique cat!

Yako is a little shy, but he loves to go hunting with you! He's a great mouse catcher - only the plastic ones, of course!

We are very sad that he no longer looks like a little baby cat and therefore has very little chance of being adopted within Spain.

We hope to find a forever home or a foster home in Germany in this way to make Yako's big dream of having his own family come true.

Yako lives with Ozuna and Manolo. The three of them get along very well. He is used to the company of other cats, so he could easily be adopted by an existing cat or tomcat. Or maybe there is still a place available for Ozuna and Manolo? 😉

Yakos agent Verena Strobel looks forward to your call, email or WhatsApp.

Like all our cats, Yako travels to his new life chipped, vaccinated (rabies, Feligen and Tricat Novum), dewormed, tested for FIV and FelV, neutered and equipped with an EU pet passport!
